Directions: Stemming from a 20 year personal friendship with its chairman, in 2005 Mohamed Al Wahab began a fruitful partnership on Middle Eastern real estate ventures with the JMJ Group. Among other projects this included Water renewal work at Dahuk and the development of English Village, a 460 Villas gated estate in Erbil. In 2014 Mohamed Al-Wahab accepted a directorship with the JMJ Group and he continues to work with JMJ as well as leading his own UK Company Haydn the Prince Investments Ltd. which has become the principal source of real estate project finance for JMJ.
